This is, without doubt, the worst app it has been my misfortune to use. Four days before we were due to return from Portugal BA advised us that we should upload COVID documentation to Verifly. My partner and I then proceeded to waste 2+ hours of our lives trying to download the app. His download on Apple froze after 10 minutes, mine on Android took 45 minutes. We then spent a frustrating hour or so trying to upload face pictures. Finally managed to get as far as loading pictures and Vaccine Certificates (we couldn't load anything else until 48 hours before departure). Thankfully, the following day we received another email from BA advising us to load all the documents to their own website which we managed in about 5 minutes. I wish there was an option for zero stars!

Tried to take selfie but camera wont face me. I'm not computer savvy but this should be easier. I know others have had this problem. I would expect British Airways to align themselves with something more reliable. There should be an option for zero stars.

Awful and confusing. This is the first 1 star I have even given an app and if there was a zero start I would award it

Absolutely useless. Tried to use if for a trip between London and Amsterdam. Didn’t even have British Airways listed as an airline despite BA telling me to use them. Wasted a couple of hours.

Totally hopeless, I gave up trying to download to my IoS device after about an hour. My partner eventually managed to download to an android device. We then spent a further hour trying desperately to capture face pictures that the app found acceptable, and uploading vaccination certificates. I don't understand why large commercial airlines would risk their brand image by partnering with these people. There need to be significant improvement in all areas.

Awful. Not user friendly, unhelpful FAQs, took ages to find the right trip then it didn’t even recognise my flight details. Totally useless.

Crap app. You input all your data for the outbound flight then when you try to return home a week later you have you input it all again.

Utterly hopeless. Incomprehensible and an absolute waste of time. I have never encountered such a useless piece of crap as this app.
