I loved this app on a recent trip to the USA with AA, a little tedious loading the data and then waiting for it to be verified, but once I had the green tick/check mark for both travelers it was a dream. BUT.....BA told me to use it for a trip to France. Firstly it demands a PCR test result, which is not a legal requirement, then it told me my UK NHS vaccine certificate was not issued by a recognised authority. So, it won't work and can't work until Daon get their facts straight. SO....BA Stop using this useless app or get Daon to fix it so it works for your customers - or you won't have any....

This is a bunch of BS. Not friendly and really acts like just a way for some to scam money. I will seriously avoid AA if they continue to push this cr*p as a method to check in.

Terrible don’t even waste your time

It took forever to complete the form but have had no confirmation email or pass from them so a complete waste of time. Presumably BA pay for this “service”.

Complete piece of junk, I am flying to the UK, when I uploaded my Ontario Canada vaccination certificate the app came back with a message stating it is not valid and I should submit a negative Covid test to proceed. This information contradicts the UK government website that states a vaccination certificate from Canada is valid. I am just going to take all my docs to the airport and check in old school. App is deleted.

This app does not work. I uploaded my details and a photo but it will not let me add my flights or upload my vaccination certificate. Incredible waste of time and energy.

The app was factually incorrect - stating that I needed a negative COVID 19 test prior to travelling to the UK on 19 October 2021. The UK government website and the BA website both said that I didn't need such a test. I couldn't check-in for my flight because BA said I had not completed pre-departure checks. I had spent many hours trying to get this app to work - it is exceptionally poorly designed. I do wonder what kind of company would rely on this very poor app in their business? Oh BA does - that speaks volumes about BA.

A crap app. If names don't match in full (e.g. password name against health certificate names) the system doesn't validate the document even with similar date of birtths. Nightmare app and does not replace a pragmatic human verification.
