I wish I could give it ZERO stars because it's a total waste of time. There are NO instructions and there is nowhere to add my flight details. All I added was a photo and that's it. So now I have to check in at the airport because I cannot check on online WITHOUT using this app to verify COVID vaccine information. Way to go BA - let's make those lines at the airport as long as possible!

Like most other reviewers, I would give it 0 or better still -5 if I was able. Got to be the most incompetently coded app on the web, totally useless. It's been that way for months, and nothing has changed, so clearly the airlines and Verifart don't care

Got to the point where you take a selfie. 'Instruction video' was literally 2 seconds long showing how to take your selfie with your face in the green circle. I hit the 'start' button and nothing happened. Didn't give me the option to upload my own selfie or take one via the app. So I was stuck on step 3. Terrible!
