Enormously stressed trying to get this app to work for me. Can't even add my trip. Travelling at this time is stressful enough without a nightmare app that doesn't work.

Too bad you don't have a zero stars rating because this app is the most useless app I have ever used. The airlines that use it should be ashamed of putting their passengers through this piece of crap. This is not a beta version - it's an omega version - and NEVER EVER should have been released.

Dreadful waste of time. Tells me my covid cert QR code is invalid, the location form barcode is invalid. Why are Aerlingus promoting such a useless app.

Two days before departure London-USA I received the pre flight reminder telling me what I MUST have for the flight and instructing me to download VERIFLY. With some difficulty I managed to go through the process and get the passes on my phone. At check in , I couldn’t see anyone using it , and when I presented it , it wasn’t even given a glance. Just normal passport check. No additional checking of Covid test results or vaccination records. On arrival …. Same ….. just passport and usual customs declaration Sounds like a great idea …. If it works…. But why bother with it , if the authorities don’t. 07 November 2021

The app doesn't let my register...The camera doesn't open to sign up so its really USELESS!

Hopeless app. Impossible to use it, populates my trip with old flight info and won't let me change it. Just USELESS and a complete waste of my time

I just tried several times to submit my Eurofins Covid negative test with the Verifly app and it won't recognise it.

Downloaded the app and managed to do the email verification and enter travel details. Went downhill after that. None of the links worked to move on to the next step so I will leave home extra early to check in. To the reviewer who gave verifly 5 stars and said ignore all the negative reviews, that is quite disrespectful and dismissive of the 95% of people who have had issues. If 95% of reviewers have given an app 1 star, that only says one thing - the app needs to be pulled and redeveloped!
