Biggest waist of time! Put all my details in & BA still won't let me check in 😡

This app is very temperamental...it works for some but is a complete waste of time generally. This App frustrates, it most certainly does not facilitate easy travel...for me, especially on this my first long haul holiday since COVID-19 reared its ugly and un-welcomed head! The COVID-19 Vaccine upload feature has not worked; eventually had to check-in at the BA desk. BA should be ashamed to promote this app which, really, appears to be a work-in-progress. It is a nightmare to use and the 'help' feature is not helpful/useful. Needs a lot more work.

Absolute crap…enough said. BA you have just lost another customer…easyJet here I come.

Terrible app. All info loaded fine but BA never allowed checkin online for our US flight. Pointless app. Waste of time.

Dreadful app, round and round ,just doesn’t work well at all

Complete waste of time and energy. Very frustrating. Was not to dificult to complete and get the green tick on everything. However 7 hours and waiting, BA site say need to upload onto Veryfly, so unable to check in on line ☹

No stars would be more appropriate as there's nothing to recommend it at all. Flying to Vancouver today but can't add in a flight from Edinburgh to Heathrow first. No support. Haven't been able to check in online. A rubbish App.

Poor app with even worse support. Not capable of recognising a PCR test taken within 72 hours of flight to Tobago. Sent screen shots of error and copies of PCR tests to be told there's nothing they can do and just to check in at airport - just hope we can get seats together.
