The Verify app procedure was difficult to navigate. Spent absolutely ages trying to complete and upload. Only time it was useful was to gain priority boarding at Dublin airport.This in itself was discriminatory against those who had the necessary documentation but were held up.—told by Aer Lingus that it was compulsory for USA travel (not so) - this is coercion —never requested on return journey.

They aren't up to date. My airline has grandfathered people in for covid testing because of the most recent changes, yet Verifly won't allow you to input anything over 24 hours. Glad I have my hard copies.

Apparently you need date of birth on your vacination cards! despite being told the NHS cards do not have it on only vacinations type code and date. Phoning no good as are using people who haven't a clue. Why are they getting away with it

The worst app I have ever tried to use. B.A. insists on using it and will not even let you manage your booking to check in without it - But... it does not download properly from Googleplay and will not run. After three hours trying to check in for a flight to Canada tomorrow morning I had still not succeeded. Totally frustrating. It is really appalling, inflexible and amateurish.

Be warned. Do not download this App. It is utterly useless and a hindrance to your travel experience. I used it with Aer Lingus and it left a sour taste in my mouth. Ignore it and go through the existing formalities of Covid Certificate, PLF Form, etc. It maybe seems easier to use the technological route as implied by Aer Lingus with VeriFLy but you will regret ever using it.

Appalling App - gave up after three attempts to use it. Its confusing, non intuitive and very user unfriendly. Can't believe Aer Lingus were pushing this and had priority lines for it - that always seemed empty! Goes to show......

I would love to give this a negative number of stars. Perhaps a black hole. I felt my brain had disappeared ove the event horizon after a couple of hours fighting with this app.It is unnecessarily complicated and appallingly badly written. Eventually, after getting a full complement of green ticks on the app, I still couldn't check in online for my BA flight and will have to go to the airport hours earlier than usual to check in at the desk. I've been using online checkin since it was invented - Verifly is a huge retrograde step.

Did all the work with no outcome! BA will not allow me to check in as says documents not verified although I have a pass that says “ready to travel”. Useless App wasting time when there are so many other admin stuff around travelling anyway.
