Today I tried to check in on line for trip back to Canada from US. Normally not a problem except Verifly is still asking for Covid test results when none are required for a trip 72 hours or less (recent development). I have even successfully completed the Arrive/Can app which is a Verifly requirement. American has told me that I now have to check in at the airport and hope that ticket agent is aware of change. Amazing that Canada has fixed their app. Another nail in the coffins of my loyalty to AA.

BA have asked me to use this app for a flight from Heathrow to Geneva. As part of the process, it is saying that I don't need a test if I'm fully vaccinated, which is incorrect, and saying that I can't fly if I've been to the UK in the last 10 days. I'm flying from effing Heathrow!!

It's a joke I have spent at least 4 hours uploading everything and have gotten the go ahead that everything is ok but I can't check in because they have not uploaded the certs to the AER Lingus website. To be honest it is AER Lingus fault for recommending them

Why are airlines paying for this poor excuse for an app?
This app is beyond useless, and it cost me a few grey hair which wasn't there before I downloaded this piece of engineering atrocity. 90% of the blame, in my opinion, is not with the engineers, but with the user experience imbeciles (if they even have such a position within this company). I have spent half an hour trying to take a picture of my wife, getting a "face not found" message (how about that marvel of sensitivity to customers?), while I had no problem taking my own or my daughters in the same lighting conditions. Finally, when the photo was taken, it was immediately rejected for poor image quality. We gave up in the end. But engineering is not the worst part of this company. Before our trip to Colombia, the app refused to acknowledge the forwarded documentation, vaguely referring to being "unable to match" the information. I appealed to their customer service (all on the day of the departure), and guess what was the reply? Quote: "Please be sure to forward the email received in order to get all the information correct." Brilliant. Well worth the wait.
In summary: I hope this company goes under very, very soon. I wish responsible executives at American Airlines listened to the hundreds of frustrated passengers, who, like myself, are willing to choose another airline just to avoid using this piece of garbage of an app and the company behind it.

Verify..Something else to annoy passengers.
This is an awful ap,it is complicated, difficult to navigate and confusing.Cant say I'm surprised though,it seems anything to do with BA and IT just don't mix.If it was possible not to give any stars for this ap,then I would do so.

Waste of space..
Waste of space... Simply doesn't work - have tried it on 3 differs devices, all of which are mainstream & current (2 android, 1 iOS). Apparently this is the only way for British Airways customers to pre-verify that they've completed all the correct paperwork - and with no website alternative available, if leaves no option but to queue at the airport to process the docs. Verifly and BA owe their customers an apology for this woeful app, as it isn't fit for purpose and should still be in development
