This app is a complete nightmare, waste of time and effort, it just adds more time and stress to the whole online check-in process. I first came across it for checking in online with Aer-Lingus it is a complete duplication of process and adds no value for the customer,.as you are still asked to show all documentation at the airport. In addition all your sensitive information is now held with a third party outside the EU and in the US. Aer-Lingus need to drop this requirement for online check-in.

Two 10 year-olds with no contact with a computer would have done a better job than this waste of time. How can a major airline even want to use this muddled bit of nothing

One of the least user friendly and non-functional apps I have ever used. It’s internal QR scan function appear rarely work, meaning that it is impossible to upload documents like Traveller Locator Forms etc Appalling waste of time

I will never use this app again. I travel alot and like to use new APPs as much as possible. I have uploaded all information and am green to go in Verifly but One person in my family party of four is still blocked at Online Airline check so now all have to Queue and check in manually at a very busy airport. No online support. No option to contact any human for help!!!!!!! (unless I spend an hour talking to an airline call centre)

Having purchased a flight from London Heathrow to Cork, I logged onto the Aer Lingus website to check-in online only to be notified this was not possible until all mandatory documents were uploaded to Verify. The reason - "to make your travel experience easier"............. The reality is the app is not fit for purpose. I had to try 3 alternative e-mail addresses before Verify 'validated' me. The 'selfie' option was not available so it was not possible to take the photo requested. Although my Antigen certificate was completed within the 48 hours specified, it would not accept it and kept coming up with the same error message. After 4 hours of torture, which included 45 minutes waiting for a response from Aer Lingus Customer Service, who were about as useful as a chocolate fire guard, we are now left with no option other than to check-in at the airport. This will require additional time for what is already an early flight. The fact that such big airlines including Aer Lingus and British Airways are using this dreadful app is unbelievable and I think they are likely to loose customers as a consequence. My advice is, don't even attempt to use it and opt to check in at the airport. For me, NEVER AGAIN.

Complete travesty. Never seen such a mess of an app.

I am a reasonably computer literate 78 year old. This app is the pitts. Bits greyed out, instructions dont follow whats on my smart phone screen etc etc Rubbish. Avoid and take the printed paperwork with you or screenshot it onto your phoe

I honestly cannot belive how somebody from British Airways could have made a decision to integrate this half product in their services. Nothing is working as it should, I've lost 2 hours of my afternoon just trying to upload my covid pass. Worst app I've ever used, totally amateur product. #ba why???
