It is easy to understand why Verifly has a 92% "Bad" rating. The app is mind-numbingly stupid. I tried 4 times to enter companion info for my wife and each time it issued another certificate for me. Just plain stupid...

I can only agree with all other reviews, worst app ever. Total waste of time, you are better off going to the airport an hour earlier.

What a total waste of time have the developers every actually tried to use it? Scanning documents sounds great but when the document is in the device with the app it’s a nightmare. It took so long to get my details uploaded that it timed me out when I tried to add my wife’s documents,18 hours before takeoff! It may make life easier for the airlines but it’s a nightmare for customers! Now have to check in at the airport and that is what I will always do in the future.

Does not work therefore gives the traveler added stress. Definitely will not be flying with BA again if they continue to force their customers to use this ineffective app.

Wouldn't work as I'd had my booster (3rd dose) less than 14 days before departure. I ws fully vaccinated earlier in the year but there was no way the app would accept it. Then my wife added me to her pass and it didn't even ask for any proof of vaccination!

This is possibly the worst experience I've had in a long time. Aer lingus or BA don't allow you to check in online without uploading the information, very user unfriendly and a total waste of time as you're asked to show the proof at the airport anyway. Money making scam between Daon and the airlines

This app is terrible. 2 flights from cancun to UK. Policy for departing cancun is a covid test 24 hours before but the UK Policy is 48 hours. Hotel Policy is within 24 hours of departure but you have to wait for results. Submitted at 2138 these was not manually checked untill between 0028 and finalised at 0120hrs. This is mot within your 1 to 2 hour time frame as claimed in email. 0345 I trie to complete step 4 confirming im good to go. First flight which departed in 12 hours allowed me to complete. The second flight which is in 20 hours back to the UK from miami would not allow me to finalise stage 4 resulting in me not being able to check in for the long haul 9 hour flight. The fact you took upto 4 hours to finalise a manual upload due to your app not recognising QR codes from another country has screwed me and my partner over and not being able to check in online and made more hassle for us on a connecting flight. How do you expect people to abide by time frames when other countries have a different policy. You do what the country your leaving tells you to do but the UK time frames are shorter which makes it impossible. Sort your app out this causes people more stress. Why is it I can complete all stages of the checklist for a flight 10 hours earlier but not the later one. Thank you for having e awake at 0430am for nothing.
