I and my wife have decided not to use aer lingus again . We wasted 2 stressful hours doing the requirments for the verifly app. Which nobody at either Dublin Airport or Tenerife Airport including the flight team had heard of. Is this a scam to get information. We intend to fly in future with airlines that do not use verifly.

One of the worst designed apps. Why did they need to make checking in so impossible? I am only 19 and always using phones, laptops, pcs in day to day life but found this app extremely poorly designed and frustrating.

Terrible, unusable, illogical, useless. Don't even try. Check in at the airport instead. It will save you hours of stress and swearing at the app - and then checking in at the airport anyway.

It is pants, on the way over I could not put on more than 2 people. On the way back I put in my departing airport but when I got to my arriving airport. I only had a choice of 7 UK airports. I am flying to Boston MA. This clearly has had 0 testing before launch. The developers who worked on this should be sacked. If I was BA.com I would run as fast as I could to disassociate myself from this app as possible verishite would be a better name for it.

The App was ok for the outward journey LHR to Bahrain, but useless for the return. One of our party of 4 could not have their PCR negative test "accepted" even though we had received an email saying the review was complete. This prevented all 4 passengers from checking in online. A total and utter mess!

I am not a techno phoebe, I have worked with Customer Relationship tools, electronic pricing tools, network/telephony design tools for the past 20 years, this app is pants, it tells you, that all your documentation is loaded correctly, by giving a green tick, this it sends you an e-mail to "veryfy" all is good, but when you try to get your boarding passes, you are told to upload your documentation, utter crap, great theory, but NOT great customer service/satisfaction

A case of the computer says 'No'. No flight for you if you are too old to understand how to download and set up this app. No flight for you if you don't have a smart phone.

The App wouldn’t accept my vaccinations because my flight details have my first and last name only, while my vaccinations have my first, middle and last names, even though I have all my three names in my account settings. Really useless App. I’ll be going to the airport early.
