Verifly Drone InsuranceReviews of verifly.com

Cannot give this 0 stars on here otherwise my score would be 0. Flying from U.K. to Ibiza. VeriFLY doesn’t support this route. No customer support beyond stating how to use the app. Terrible app designed by monkeys on a bad day.

Awful app - zero support - nonsensical and designed by someone who has no idea what "user friendly" means. Just wait at the airport - it didn't speed ANYTHING up - still have to wait in long queues.

I have spent close to two hours uploading vaccination certificates, test results, and passenger locator forms for 3 people into this system. Eventully I succeeded and therefore managed to check in (British Airways), but one's time may be better spent going to the airport early for manual checking. I was getting strange errors both when scanning QR codes and when uploading documents; sometimes the system would give an error message immediately, sometimes it would spend 20 minutes processing the data (and then giving anerror message)and sometimes it would accept the document almost immediately - all for the same document. For some of the documents, one can choose the manual checking option; this worked a bit better, and the result of the manual check was ready in about an hour.

Used Verifly, but with difficulty, on the way out from BHX via DUB to ORD, but only one person checking us took any notice of it. Now I can't check in online for the flight back because Verifly just doesn't work. And there's nobody to tell this to. Aer Lingus should immediately stop insisting on this inefficient total rubbish!

Would give it a 0 if I could, have spent hours trying to upload data to the app but has been failing over 20 times. A WASTE OF MY TIME. Terrible user interface, super slow and no way to contact VeriFLY to troubleshoot errors on the app. Will be avoiding airlines that force the use of this app as a prerequisite to checkin and fly

So annoying - scan of covid vaccination status QR recognised fine but when I tried to scan my Passenger Locator QR code I got "Load failed" about 30 times before I gave up. I also tried to upload it by taking a photo of the QR code and uploading it that way but that also failed. What a waste of 2 hours of my time.

Busy now since more than two hours ... lot of error messages. Loading, loading, loading ... Simply doesn't work. BA should be ashamed. It sucks!

Spent well over 90 minutes trying to get UK passenger locator forms uploaded. “Error. Load Failed”. Have managed 2 of 5 passengers so far. Such an appalling experience. BA should be ashamed as well as in cloud cuckoo land if they think this will encourage people to fly with them
