Why this terrible app is promoted by major airlines is crazy. 2 hours of trying to download info and use it shows errors. This app should be canceled by American Airlines and others. Huge frustration…huge.

The people who wrote this app are actually rude and stupid. I am stunned that British Airways and American Airlines allow themselves to be associated with such poor quality. I fully completed all my info, just needed to fill in the "Before you leave for the airport" part, which from experience (I had used it successfully on 5 previous trips) is just a few questions like "did you remember your passport". So on my way to the airport I logged in and went to that section. It said that I should have completed it before 4:15am the night before a flight which leaves at 11:15pm, that's 17 hours before departure! I contacted Verifly, and I get useless platitudes like "thanks for your feedback". PLEASE BA and AA, fire these guys NOW! They are making you look terrible!

When some App (which I don't even *want* to use) demands that I agree to let them not only process my personal & health-related data but also requires that I give them permission to transfer it out of the EU's safer data-protection controls (aka GDPR), I immediately get concerned. And that's not even taking into account whether they can effectively protect that data or even process it on time (without 'offering' to 'expedite' for a fee). Right now I'm trying to check-in for an Aer Lingus flight and can't because it Aer Lingus has made it mandatory to use Verifly before even *contemplating* online check-in, despite the fact that they can't guarantee it will be processed before the online check-in window closes... shockingly bad customer experience. Once this is done, I'll be avoiding Airlines that insist on Verifly. It should be optional & it's not, despite what they claim.

This is the Worse app I have ever seen. On my latest fly i was trying to complete the Process and " Due to hight demand of user the app was experiencing delays, but if you wanted to expedite the process you had to pay extra 8.99 or 16.99 something that for me is obviosly " price Gauging " Also on the checking process at the counter the App crashed causing some travelers to have to gett off their line and do the normal checking line with long waits. I might nor travel by air again till this desatarosous app is removed or nor longer requieres .. American Airlines recommends verifly but when it fails they say oppss that is not our problem. Shameful !

Brutal app. Ive tried to use it to check in on my phone and tablet. Neither works. Extremely frustrating...... Won't be flying with AA again if i need to use this app. There isn't even a phone number for support.

Verifly is awful, slow not user friendly. Anyone using it will need to allow themselves a day to approval from it. I only gave it one star because I couldn't give it less

Uses UK time for an overnight flight from the USA so have to put the travel date in as the next day because of the time difference so can’t check in. No help thru the app at all.

What a waste of my time - BA sent me an SMS to use it today (4 Jan) ... My flight is on Friday 7th Jan, from Heathrow - App does not show me that date (only ones for 2 weeks from today) , and won't let me manually enter one ... likewise my return flight date, a month later, does not appear on the drop down and cant enter it manually - after all the hassle of downloading the app - so unprofessional.
