Used to be great, now next to useless! Clearly sold out to certain airlines and certain routes. Still a great concept but can only be used for certain routes and specific carriers within that!

Terrible app, and an absolute nightmare that British Airways REQUIRES travellers to use this app in order to use online check-in. Can't choose my seat, can't check in 24 hours beforehand because Verifly does not have the facility to upload Covid Recovery Certificates. Have wasted hours on this.

One of the worst applications on the planet. No customer help access. BA make you use this app and it’s a nightmare. I upload the covid EU certificate because the app won’t recognise my middle name and it rejects it. When I provide a manual upload it rejects because my date birth is not apparent. I provide that image and it rejects it because it can’t identify the vaccination date. I provide this and rejects it again. So I end up in a cycle of rejection. I contact them via email and they tell me to upload again. Why it can’t retain the verified info for future trips I have no idea. Yes frankly I will fly another airline. You can’t even reach out to a call centre for help. It should be called verydisaster !

Spent 2 hours of precious last day of holiday trying to get app to work! Hopeless! Airlines that use this app need to pay attention to overwhelmingly poor reviews 91°/. and find a decent alternative for online check-in.

Waste of time, a lot of time

Tried to use this app, but it is totally useless. Did not appreciate that I was made by BA to use an app, for which I did not consent my details to be uploaded to effectively a third party. Now, I will have to go to the airport much earlier to check in, which defeats the purpose of 'stay safe through this pandemic'; not mentioning the additional stress of what happens if my C documents do not get approved. The whole thing is totally unnecessary. BA just lost a customer.

Talk about a waste of time. As useful as tits on a bull. Do not download it it screwed up our trip to switzerland with Aer lingus. Couldn't check in online with it and totally confusing. All 4 of us in the group had to check in at the desk when their should have been no need to.

Useless. I worry that all online check-in in future will require use of this TOTALLY useless app. BA please look at it. If you continue to promote this I can see myself going back to the airline I used before the pandemic, that's over 100 flights a year. We just want to check-in and fly, not play around with an app made by babies. Wake-up BA. Useless app. Every single comment is 1 star. These Verify people have ripped you off. Get out of the contract, it will cost you terribly. Cost us actually, I'm a shareholder. Dump them.
