Unable to book return trip. The app keep showing the previous outward bound travel and unable to cancel. Therefore without the VeriFLY completion BA will not allow me to check in. Oh well they will have to have more work in booking me in at the airport. Pleas BA if you are going to force us down the route of using VeriFLY - at least make sure it works properly and efficiently.

Awful - won't let you choose Dublin as an airport to depart from. Not sure what the situation is in terms of checks etc. First flight out in 2 years and just seems to be adding stress and confusion to the situation. they should retire it or go back to basics and do proper UAT before releasing it.

Appalling UI, almost impossible to use, and completely fails to work with the BA app. Creates very negative feelings for airline customers, who really ought to be worried about how they can best rebuild their business, not just irritate and frustrate their customers.

I thought this app was very poor. It does not direct you where to go next. I gave up on it.

Absolutely useless for online check-in I used Verifly before trying to check in online for a BA flight yesterday. After going through all the steps in the app, which was very restrictive on the information you could input (it makes no allowance for codeshare flights etc.) I then tried to check in online for a British Airways flight. It hadn't synchronised with the BA system, so BA wouldn't let me check in online. So then I had to use manual check-in on the day, and lost out on the option of seat selection and a less enjoyable journey. There's no 24 hour support to deal with issues. BA are equally bad for not allowing alternative methods for uploading proof documents via their website.
