Verify certificate issued with email confirmation. But BA still checking documents 8 hours later! Can't check in online. Seriously BA stop associating with this waste of an app that adds stress

This is the worst app ever, you tried many times to upload documents, then after many attempts, You tried to check in online and still not working!! Idk what is the point of this ridiculous app if you can’t check in ?! Just giving you hard times If there is zero option i would give it to this app am trying for hours to check in for my boys useless

So Verifly how on earth did you manage to get British Airways to use your app? It is shocking. It is frustrating. It is not a customer experience. Only one recognised Covid tester.....really? It will be easier to do manual check in with a 3 hour wait than use this.

This p**s of s**t, wasted my whole day and now will waste my time at the airport. I have taken my PCR test at 17.30 on 16.02.22 which is 68 hours before my flight at 13.30 on 19.02.22. Now when I want to submit the result as evidence, first it does not recognise the QR code, and secondly, when I tried to submit manually, rejected it three times as when I set the time for 16th at 15.30, it recognise it as more than 72 hours! While I have submitted the paper result and the stupid person behind that app that check the document kept rejecting it saying my result date is not matching with what I put in the app!!! (day, the app doesn't let me). And you can not talk to anyone, no chat, no phone, no emails. How stupid people are behind this garbage app!!???

Just useless. Adds time and stress. We loaded up one required document and then it automatically ticked the next one too, which meant we couldn’t upload that one and so although the whole trip was showing green it wouldn’t let us check in. We tried deleting the app but it happened again despite trying to add the docs in a different order. App would then not upload any documents on the return journey. Don’t bother.

I’ve known smashed crockery that’s been more functional than this app. It’s so useless that it almost feels like I’ve been scammed by some data hoovering operation. If BA really want to improve efficiency around verifying covid statuses, why not build that into their process properly instead of outsourcing it to a third party app they force you to use that prevents you from checking in because it doesn’t work? It’s just another sign of the times. Incompetence. Everywhere. Verifly? Veribad more like.

I uploaded all the required documents, and got a "Safe to fly" certificate. But there is no way to forward this certificate to BA. The BA check-in website is saying my COVID documents have not been updated, so I can't check in. And I am still getting emails and texts from BA urging me to complete VeriFly check! I did! I have wasted 3 hours of my time.

Doesn’t allow me to check in online. A waste of time. I am cleared to fly but not according to BA
