Utterly useless Verifly has me 'fit to fly' after deleting and re-loading twice and now I cant check in Absolutely awful app and completely unnecessary

Unfortunately the minimum I can rate this is one star as no star is not available. App is asking me to submit covid test results when Switzerland no longer requires this. Also the app cannot manage with bookings that are made in married name but the destination country certificate is in maiden name.

A useless app that doesn't work, is complicated and unnecessary. We finally did everything and still can't check in online. We only have hand luggage - to avoid queuing...this app failure means we now have to queue. BA ..what were you thinking?

I would have given this terrible app zero if possible. It just doesn’t work. As demanded by BA on line check in I’ve tried to on line check in on the return leg of flights from Barcelona and also Dubai and both times I was refused. Had to join long long queue at airport manual check in desks on day of flight with lots of equally fed up passengers. BA get rid of it!!!

Horrendous app. So unclear. Can't believe BA.Com have partnered with this awful experience for its customers. I'm 33 and struggled. How an earth would an elderly person, not used to technology manage? Awful.

Horrible experience. Takes too long to verify and even when it is completed ''Ready to Travel'' it doesn't update on the BA check in, so I can't do it online. Huge waste of time.

THE MOST USELESS APP I EVER USED! IT SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK

Why does BA send me multiple emails daily about this terrible App? It is completely unintuitive and impossible to find customer service for help. My cleared trip to LHR was not recognized when I checked in - what is the point of the app then? Verifly also rejected my PCR test (needed for an onward leg) without explanation. I have all my paperwork and i assume that BA agents will accept anyway. Waste of time.
