The app is useless. It is NOT user friendly. I have spent hours trying to get it to have my trip to Ireland pass. But since they don't have the travel restrictions, the app lost that pass. But I cannot do early check in with BA or AA because my vaccination status isn't validated. And this app is the ONLY way to submit it online. Don't waist your time trying to get it to work. It doesn't.

This has to be one of the most worthless Apps I have ever had the misfortune to try and use. Using it with just one phone is completely impossible and the scanning function is totally hopeless (over 50 attempts failed to capture the code). Quite why there isn't a method to link a QR code already set on the phone is a mystery

Absolutely dreadful app, possibly the worst I have encountered. Among other nonsense it requires that your covid test be administered by one of its ‘trusted partners’ but an independent test can be manually submitted, which I tried uploading three times and had it rejected every time. Eventually gave up, far better to go to the airport and present your documents timely. I cannot understand why Aer Lingus would associate themselves which such a piece of crap and indeed, practically insist that you use it

Completely pointless in the first place and useless none the less! Doesn't know what it is doing. A glorified document storage for someone's covid pass. I hope they go bankrupt as its a pointless business anyway.

Horrible app. Difficult to navigate. Uploaded all relevent documents ventually and got the go ahead to check in with British Airways. I find that i am unable to check in becaause they have not received the relevant documents.The worst app i have ever encountered.Far better to go to airport an hiour earlier and present your covid certs at check in.It will save you time as I have wasted two hours trying to get it to function as advertised.It seems little more than a data gathering exercise. I would advise anyone who downloaded it to delete it from your phone. Judjingfrom the rating its obvious that the sentiment is almost universal.

If I could give it zero I would…. What a poor experience that in my view reflects on BA. You want to get people moving and flying again, but you are making it so painful people will start to wonder why they bothered.

What a set of problems. opened an account identified two travellers, opened passes for both at that point seemed OK. BA systems down so not looked when checking in on way out. they had no idea if I had the app or not. On way back tried to add the return trip would not recognize the airport we were flying from. Asked for support (it did come quickly) Told to ignore add a trip and create new passes, created mine could now add the trip when trying to add my wife's discovered it had corrupted her birthdate so I had to delete her identity and create it again including a new photograph that it didn't want to accept but eventually did. All this work under pressure on a mobile phone in a hotel lobby (restricted time due to the 2 day limit for the PLF). At the airport hardly anyone had completed the return trip and all the staff wanted to see was a printed PLF form. What a waste of time and stress. I have renamed the App VeriUseless
