Verifly Drone InsuranceReviews of verifly.com

This is a true appealing situation whereby you are obliged to download an extra app to check-in online for American Airlines. This ought to be ilegal! Even add to take a selfie , this is a scandal. American Airlines please just do like all others and allow people to check in using AA app!!! This was an awful experience!

A complete waste of time

Waste of time - good thing I had paper copies of everything. American Airlines linked to this application and I spent an hour uploading all required info for three people - no one at American Airlines or my final destination seemed to have access to any of that info because everyone required the paper documents.

Who on earth developed this piece of poor quality rubbish? perhaps a 5 year old. Secondly why on earth does BA and other airlines use this rubbish? it truly beggars belief and i cannot belief the CEO has tried this. It adds huge delay - i downloaded it 4hrs ago, took an hour to load up the information for my family of 4 and after 3 hrs still waiting to be able to check in as BA wont let me due to Verifly not completing its checks. I havent flown BA for 20 years as i take Emirates everywhere even if it doubles my flight time due to the fantastic customer service. It will be another 20 years before i book a flight with BA - and as for Verifly? worse thing i have come across in 50 years of flying.

I would give it a no star if I could. I uploaded my documents and they never cleared it kept saying incomplete. You can't speak with staff. Only email😩

If there was a minus 5 star option I would've chosen that. Giving it one star is way too much for this horrible, useless pos!!! Go die Verifly!!!

I have to agree with 93% of the reviewers posting bad as it gets reviews. British airways care not a jot about its customers, evidenced by a multitude of things recently and this is another example. This app is poorly designed and even worse to use. Like so many before me I tried to get myself and companions added and went through the various steps to get an 'active pass'. Having achieved this for all 4 of us I then had to wait a day or so until online check in opened. When it did and I tried to check us in I found two out the four of us were ok but the other two showed no document verification. All had been completed on verifly at the same time and should have been all correct or all wrong! I emailed verifly (you cant speak to anyone by phone, I wonder why?). They replied stating, yeah this sometimes happens but you can still check in at the airport!!!! British Airways, if you are still in business after things all settle back down and if you ever get back to even slightly being interested in your customers (wishful thinking I know) drop this company, its damaging your already appalling reputation.

This app is extremely frustrating. Having booked an Aer Lingus flight i wanted to check-in online. Simple enough you might think?... NO!!! You are slave to this bit of technology and as its tied to Aer Lingus you are screwed. Filling out the details to begin is simple ennough, BUT when it gets to the adding companions part, the app does not want to recognise the fact that you have added somone, and its time to move on, no you just wind up adding the same companion multiple times. It will not move you on to the next stage. Even more puzzling is the fact that the companion you have added, according to this app, is a child even though i entered a birth year of 1955!!!! Exasperated, i was forced to ring the bloody airline and at this moment im waiting for them to call me back. By tomorrow Birlingham Airport will be rammed, we will have rubbish seats, but probably miss the flights anyway. Verifly get a BIG NO from me.
