I will never get back the three hours I spent today trying to scan the QR code for our Covid test results. THIS APP DOESNT WORK!! Why is Aerlingus forcing its customers to have to download and use a third party app that reaks with bugs? Why are they not letting us check in online anymore? It’s a foolish decision and a total waste of time and effort. Now we will have to stand in a monstrous line to check in. Crap way to start a trip!!

British Airways uses Verifly to supposedly save on time during checking at the airport. I always travel hand luggage and in the past - ie pre covid- times, was always grateful for the checking on line system which avoided the long queues at the airport- I was keen to use Verifly so that all my documents/ QR codes would be logged in the system and allow me to sail through all the airport hurdles.. That sadly is not to be,It takes a long time to scan/ download all the necessary information and once that is painfully done , checking on line still isn't available. Speaking to the attendant at the BA desk, he showed no surprise , said the system is very erratic and totally unreliable.. very frustrating.

If No Stars rating was available, this is what I'd give it! Don't Use! Don't attempt to use! It is absolutely appalling and whoever designed it deserves to have to use it on a daily basis. It won't take the photo, giving the excuse 'face not found' - after about 100 attempts in different lighting and positions, have given up and will have to check in at the airport as you don't have the online checkin option until Verifly has all your details, codes etc. What a pointless piece of c***! BA, why, why, why are you forcing us to use it????

I have just been trying, AGAIN, to use the Verifly app for a BA flight. First time was for a flight from Zurich late last year. Couldn't get set up as the selfie facility would not "accept" my face. Therefore I lost my right to online check in. Off to ZRH again Tues so tried again with Verifly, today Sun 13th Mar, to set up again, and had exactly the same problem, therefore I won't be able to check in online again tomorrow!! All that needs to go onto the app to be VERIFIED is my new vaxx cert, as Switzerland requires nothing more. The compulsion by BA to use this useless app has caused me difficulties on my outwards flight, and will again on my return as I refuse to use this dreadful app any more! I should issue an invoice for my wasted time!

Another example of BA treating their customers with utter contempt. Insisting we use an app which isn't fit for purpose. I have wasted two hours going round in circles, getting nowhere. I will no doubt have to join the 100s of angry customers tomorrow at the airport.

Absolutely useless. It took me ages to get it to work for our flights to South Africa on BA who would not accept on line check in other than through this stupid app. What it failed to register was that we had a return flight. When I tried to check in for the return flight it would not acknowledge our booking. We therefore had to check in at the airport and due to BA's outrageous policy of seriously overbooking we were downgraded from our Club class seats. Both Verifly and BA are the pits.

Pointless App. Takes all your data and it's never asked for by the Airline. Deleted account. Uninstalled. Don't bother using it as they never ask to see it!

The Verifly app has no value. I have tried to use the Verifly app twice now, and each time I can't even find the airport I am flying out of. For instance, in two days I am flying from Paris, CDG, Charles de Gaulle airport, and that airport isn't listed in Verifly. How can I use an app that doesn't even list the major airport I am flying from?
