Absolutely useless app. Will not accept any of my details i.e. airport flying to. flight no. No help at all, nobody to contact. At the moment trying to contact Aer Lingus - don't hold out much hope for an answer either.

This is without doubt the worst App I have ever used. Why Airlines continue to use it at the expense of their reputation is extraordinary. 95% Bad rating and nothing done. Not synced with Aer Lingus website, will not download valid Covid Cert. Preventing online check in and adding to queues at check in desks contributing to the very problem it is supposed to resolve. Exasperating!!

This is an appalling app and clearly Verifly take no notice of reviews as they didn't respond to my question. The app wouldn't recognise my NHS vaccination record and I tried the app for two different journeys months apart and the app had still not approved. B.A have made a rod for their own back by banning people to check in on line without the app.

Absolutely the worst app I have ever used. The app expects one to use a photo of a COVID test result. The app cannot read an entire page of paper. No customer service.

I wish there was a minus star rating- totally dysfunctional and I’m not wasting anymore of my time attempting to use it. Uploading my information (photo, locator form and vaccination certificate) was no problem, however, the app requires me to add my travelling companions details. Photo was no problem, but after numerous attempts at submitting her vaccination records for review, they are declined because apparently my wife’s name and date of birth on the form does not correspond with her personal submitted information. Of course this is rubbish as I have checked everything numerous times but now I’m giving up and will just take hard copies of documentation to check in. I obviously cannot comment on the functionality of the app when checking in, but I find it hard to comprehend that airlines are actually paying to be associated with this rubbish.

This company is AWFUL. A rating of 1 is too much, should be -10. Complicated cumbersome process and cannot contact anyone for help. This company is so BAD it should not be in business or used by any other company for travel purposes. Try to avoid at any cost except some travel companies and airlines require us to use it. Bad idea.

Utter rubbish. Really bad user journey experience and I design and build websites so know what I am talking about. App looks like it is broken. How is anyone meant to navigate this thing and upload covid documents!?

What a totally useless app. After faffing about for 30 minute to obtain Verifly passes for my self and my wife in order to check in online for a JNB-LHR flight .When we reached the airport I was again requested by security for our passes on Verifly. All my wife's data & the pass had disapeared when I opened the app. Another 30 minute delay ensued
