Total, utter crap. Verifly is the most backward app I've ever had to use. It's so, so bad. The UX is abysmal. There have to better alternatives than this nightmare. This process should take seconds on an app that is logical, flexible and well structured. Expect to waste a good hour of your life on this complete DOG POO..!

Would give it zero if I could. Went through full process with the app for my sister as I'm comparatively tech savvy - tells us she's all set and ready to fly but BA online checkin tells us it's incomplete and that we need to upload details for all passengers in the party. She's travelling alone. Also, it won't register the connecting domestic flight. Unable to check in online and no way to contact anyone. Hopeless.

Appalling, stressful experience for the whole family

We booked a trip for a family of 5.. Mine was the only one I could verify - we tried all ways.. this has got to be the worlds worst app. I'de rather eat my own head than use this again...

Both legs of my trip were insanely problematic using verifly. I was able to get the pass but it would show incomplete on AmericanAirlines. American Airlines claims it’s all due to VeriFLY. I hate VeriFLY! There is no user support, there is no way to figure out how to fix a problem, this is just a total piece of crap company.

As others have indicated, the app is very slow and frustrating to use. I am due to travel with BA on Tuesday morning so I was planning to check-in online on Monday morning. BA emailed me on Saturday evening saying that I needed to use Verify or I couldn't check-in online. So, I spent over 2 hours on Sunday trying to upload my families details to Verify in order to check-in online tomorrow. Thanks, BA!

This is the worst app I have ever downloaded and used. The UX is terrible - when get error it never tells you what is actually wrong. Why BA has linked with this says much about BA too

I am good with IT- but this app beggars belief. Probably the worst app I have ever downloaded. If BA didnt "insist" we do this to do online checkin I would have deleted it. Its a nightmare
