British Airways are pushing this app on all the flights I’ve taken recently. They seem to believe it will make the flight experience easier. The question is whose flight experience? The app is a waste of time, duplication and effort, requiring the passenger to duplicate a lot of what information they already have. The irregular flyer will find it a difficult process to navigate and the regular flyer already knows how to manage their booking correctly. You have a passport. You have a boarding card printed or on your phone. You understand the current Covid requirement. Now go fly!!

I’m flying from Mexico to the USA on American Airlines. It appears that I cannot go through the normal 24 hr pre-flight check in process without using the VeriFly app. I wouldn’t mind doing so if the app was user friendly. Instead, each step of the process has been cumbersome. I want to urge American Airlines to switch to a different provider of this service. I also want to urge Daon to hire user interface specialists to improve the app. If I could have opted out of using VeriFly, I would have done so.

Spent hours on our last day of vacation trying to upload our results on veriFly which never happened. We couldn’t do an early check in with out veriFly completion. Waste of precious time. Dump the app. It’s useless.

Not a great app. It seems not to have up to date information on travel requirements and tends to crash.

Will not let me put my cruise details in. Keeps saying error despite trying hundreds(literally) of times. Used it to fly to usa with no problem but now worse than useless, absolute waste of I don't know how many hours.

Does not work. I have uploaded all the documents and received confirmation but I still cannot check in with BA. This is turn with lead to more queues at the airport tomorrow. An absolute shambles!

Update - Said that a self administered test was acceptable for travel to US - not unless its supervised so flight had to be cancelled. Booked BA but its a AA codeshare. Didn't have the BA number for the codeshared so had to use AA. After faffing around for hours completing and loading docs, BA won't let me check in as I am on AA with Verify - same flight differebnr number and as I am connecting Edinburgh to LHR AA won't let me check in either. Waste of time.

Dreadful. Have complied with all requirements to fly including PCR test up to three days prior to flight however VERIFLY has it's own criteria of 2 days before. How to make an already stressful experience even worse. It feels like the final nail in BA's coffin.
