My wife purchased lessons for me by mistake. I contacted Verbling within 10 minutes to inform them and ask for a refund. I did this in their chat option online and in email. It has been 4 days and after numerous more messages via the chat I still have no reply! The first email I sent received a automatic response saying they would be in contact within 48 hours. As I said above, it has been 4 days and still no reply. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!!!

It is good but I do not know whether it works normally in China or not.
