Excellent system. It is nevertheless important to choose your teacher carefully.

Usually good but sometimes when a few windows are open the connection is lost for the remainder of the hour and we have to finish on Skype.

I teach on Verbling and I like the platform and website and everything it offers but I hate the lack of communication with the sevice team. You take 15% from every lesson and so that should be more than enough to build a proper customer service department. It takes days for anyone to respond to you. Finding students is also hard because the featured teacher system is biased. You have to actively be posting and doing things on the platform to ever fall on the first page of teachers and that makes it really hard to find students. Otherwise it's a good company and I love the independence of working freely.

Just another short (but 5 star) review and, this time, the reason is that I have had some simple questions to ask their support team (I must mention Jenna and Milena) and have had replies back from them in less than 24 hours, and resolving my issues. I am still enjoying my 1-2-1 class with Rebecca and she has already upgraded me - proving that Verbling does produce VERY POSITIVE RESULTS!!!!!! I really cannot recommend this site more than I'm already doing. Of course, some students has complained about video quality, sound quality, and general internet issues BUT, in no case have they even mentioned how (possibly) POOR or SLOW their home internet is - in my case, I admit to having a very fast internet and have had NO issues at all!!! Enough said as I don't plan to get into any argument with anyone - I just truly LOVE the site and have NO regrets about having joined it. I will, write another (possibly final) review when I have complete all the lessons that I currently have booked. So, if interested, please watch this space!!!! Thank you again Jenna and Milena (of Verbling Support) and my wonderful teacher Rebecca who's worth her weight in gold (in my opinion at least!!!!)
