there have been a lot of connection problems, moments when the tutor and me had to terminate and start again the session. Also, make sure that you book the right session because if you change your mind, the session you cancel is changed into a voucher for another session and you loose your special price deal if you had one. The staff has been very kind to accommodate and give me back my deal as I changed many lessons and it is true that there are warnings about it, but I was very confused by the system (that might be me being easily confused, I don't know).

The video and the voice quality freeze a lot and some teachers are forced to use third party software

I have been stading english through verbling and all the teachers I have had, have tought me very well. They are very well prepered and they know exactly what you need, so I recommend anyone who wants to learn english to subscrive on Verbling

The tutor I had (Melanie) for Italian was so great to work with, so helpful and really great at figuring out which skills I needed help with and what exercises to do that would help. Unfortunately I've only been able to do a few sessions with her, but each one has been super fun and it has been a great way to finally get to try and speak the language I'm learning. The Verbling website is also super easy to navigate and schedule tutoring sessions with.

I'm very pleased with my Russian lessons with Julia. It's a good mixture of culture and grammar.

Phenomenal way to practice in a new language. My Japanese tutor is wonderful and gives me a chance to learn and practice conversation at my own pace, on my schedule, and in the comfort of my own home. The UI/UX is simple and easy to navigate and and the audio/video is high-quality.
