I’ve been very happy with the tutor that I found for German. She is very good and I feel like I’ve grown a lot. The only issue I have has been with scheduling. As she has opened slots for me and others took them before I got there. We worked it out but it was a pain. I wonder if there’s a way that she or I could just book regular appointments for a whole month or two.

My experience has been with one tutor and it has been excellent. I’ve been learning Italian for over a year. The admin of verbalplanet has been good. I just wish they offer other options beside Skype as some contrives don’t allow Skype. As well I do wish there is a way they can offer certificates at every level of proficiency.

I love learning a new language and it's amazing how you administer so many pupils and teachers and languages. It works wonderfully to chat and read and write with the teacher. Happy with a lot of things. But I am still finding the page for booking and messages and feedback quite confusing. And I still get ads to start learning on verbaplanet practically every day even though I have used it for years.

My current tutor is very good. She is friendly and very competent and always gives prompt ratings. The thing that is lacking, I think, is a well-defined plan to improve my French e.g. "Glen, this where you're making regular mistakes. I recommend that you work on the following. Here is a link". Sometimes, particularly if the hour is late, we're left struggling a little for topics to discuss.
