Verbalplanet is just a website on which you can find tutors. The website works and I have never had a problem with paying them money. The people who really deserve five stars are the tutors, as I have found some really excellent ones. No complaint against Verbalplanet, it all works fine and encourages tutors not to charge too much, which makes learning online much more affordable. In order to know how good Verbalplanet really is, I would want to know how big a cut they take out of their tutor's pay for each lesson. That is really the only way to judge if they are any good or not. As I say, the website works fine, but almost anyone can make a functioning website nowadays.
