Excellent. The combination of excellent teacher and the online tools they use that help grammar and vocabulary has truly amazed me.

I have been using VerbalPlanet for many years now. I find it to be a user-friendly service that takes into account not only the tutor preferences but also your time zone. The rescheduling and cancellation policies are clear and just. I always recommend the service to everyone looking to improve their knowledge of foreign languages.

Smooth experience so far. I had good luck with teachers. Can't speak to how the company would handle negative experiences or conflict. Will continue using.
