This company has fraudulent advertising and practices. They say they are going out of business so you can get their stuff for free, just pay for shipping. They also say 99% pure copper, however, my daughter scratched her bracelet to be sure and it is COPPER PLATED. Who knows what's actually underneath the plating? We are going to have it tested for lead. I felt cheated and immediately asked for them to stop the shipment and not charge my card, but they went ahead with the order. When I mentioned that their products aren't pure copper, they conveniently ignored that part to tell me they are a family company. Huh? I thought it was this nice old lady who was crafting her jewelry from her workshop and going out of business. RUN. Do not buy from this company. They lie and don't deserve our business.

I am very disappointed with my purchase…
I am very disappointed with my purchase from Vera’s Copper.
The tracking information showed that my order was shipped from Hong Kong, despite the company’s advertising giving the impression that the jewelry is made in Sedona, Arizona.
The bracelet I received also does not appear to be what was advertised. It is coated/plated, and the coating has already begun to flake off. The product was advertised as copper, yet the finish is coming off with normal use.
Even more concerning, the item advertised as containing jade is resin rather than genuine jade.
I purchased this jewelry based on the representations made in the advertising and expected a substantially different product. Based on my actual experience, I would not recommend Vera’s Copper and would advise buyers to carefully investigate the materials and shipping origin before purchasing.

I ordered a bracelet and the package…
I ordered a bracelet and the package showed up empty and re-taped together. Not sure where it was stolen from but beware of ordering from them as they don’t appear to be shipping with reputable companies. So far they have not resolved my issue if not receiving a replacement or refund.

Product Failed After Two Months; Company Hid Behind Its 30-Day Policy
I purchased the Anvil Copper bracelet because I really liked it and expected it to hold up under normal use. Unfortunately, after only about TWO MONTHS, the bracelet is showing significant wear and deterioration. I contacted Vera’s and provided photos showing the condition.
I initially received a response telling me that they could not replace or refund it because their return/exchange policy is limited to 30 days. Instead, they offered me 20% off my next purchase.
I explained that I wasn’t trying to return the bracelet because I changed my mind. I was reporting a product-quality issue that occurred after only two months of use. I also explained that offering me a discount to purchase another product from a company whose product I was now questioning was not exactly a solution.
Their second response was even more disappointing. I was told:
“Our standard policy allows for returns and exchanges within 30 days, since it’s already beyond that, we can’t do anything anymore, our system won’t allow it.”
So apparently, once 30 days passes, the company is no longer willing—or able—to stand behind the product, even when the customer is reporting a legitimate quality issue.
I find that incredibly poor customer service.
What makes this especially frustrating is that I actually LIKED the bracelet. A replacement would have cost the company far less than losing a customer over a relatively straightforward product-quality complaint. Instead, they chose to point to a 30-day policy and blame their system.
I’m not asking for special treatment. I expected a company selling a product at this price point to stand behind it when it deteriorates after only two months.
This experience has completely changed my opinion of the company. I will not be purchasing from Vera’s again, and I cannot recommend the Anvil Copper bracelet based on my experience.
Potential customers should know that if they experience a quality problem after the 30-day window, Vera’s may simply tell you that “our system won’t allow it.

"Vera'" photo is on several sites
"Vera'" photo is on several sites, diff. names, NO STUDIO in Sedona! All comes from/made in CHINA. Took my order to jeweler. Not 100% copper. Metal w/a wash. Not handmade! Totally machine MASS-PRODUCED. Google copper jewelry & you'll see same faux items on many sites. Diff. prices, even a "Closing-all free" site (just pay huge, absurd shipping $$$)Tried in vain to return my order. Called jewelry store referred to for her "work" in Sedona. They never heard of her or saw her junk jewelry but had been receiving calls from disgrunteled buyers!

If I could give negative stars I would
If I could give negative stars I would. Product made in CHINA, shipped from CHINA (think weeks) and worst customer service ever! I returned my item(s) immediately upon receiving them asking for a FULL REFUND since they claim to honor 100% customer satisfaction. Many email exchanges trying to get me to keep for a portion of the cost. I wasn’t interested. Once I demanded a full refund and even sent them the tracking for my return, it’s been crickets. I’ve now been waiting over a week for my FULL REFUND. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY. Like another reviewer said Google TEMU COPPER and you’ll find the exact same thing - not some silver haired little old lady with her small shop in Sedona, AZ. Bullhockey.

Rip Off. Look on TEMU. You'll see the same.
The products are shipped from an undisclosed overseas location. When my items arrived, there was no packaging slip with information about returns. Email inquiry resulted in a back and forth offering me the option of keeping the items and being reimbursed for a % of the purchase price. Now, 30%. Return shipping is at your expense. Google TEMU Copper and you'll see the same exact jewelry. RIP OFF!
