The jewelry is not made by anyone in the United States. The tracking details show the product coming from Incheon, South Korea. So get that picture of Vera laboring over her jewelry bench out of your mind.

The rep took the time to verify my address. This was very impressive. She then notified that my order was boxed and ready to ship. Willa then asked where my discomfort was and recommended me a item and offered a discount code. I couldn't buy another item today but still send the code. My experience when ordering online is my order goes into a black hole until I receive tracking info. Not with this company, Willa took responsibility and kept me informed.
