The doll was a bit different than what I ordered.

Product came untouched and well packaged. Faster delivery and their customer service are amazing and kind.

I recived my love doll today, it was so beautiful, so life like, I had made a special order love doll, from Venus Love Dolls, this is the second love doll, that I have ordered, both dolls were delivered in perfect, condition, I was very happy, with the great customer service, that I received. Sandy and Amy ,were very helpful, and answered, my questions, promptly. I would highly recommend , anyone, who is looking for a good quality product, and great customer service, purchase, your Love dolls , from Venus Love dolls. They have a large variety of brands, to choose from.

This company was opaque at their point of purchase about the Chinese New Year’s delays. They kept sending me many emails about what I would get what I could get and what’s coming tomorrow not one of those emails included the delay that my order would have, they in fact it did not inform me until six weeks after I asked because it was over due by all the information I could find on their website. Now they keep sending me things trying to make the things correct while not even acknowledging the simple fact that they did not inform me of their product delays when I spent money at the time of purchase. Then a shipping label was printed and locked into FedEx tracking without FedEx, receiving the package, and it’s set for two weeks. When I asked to talk to me about this, they said they don’t just print shipping labels even though FedEx website and FedEx themselves it said they just printed the shipping label and they were awaiting the package. They also claimed to be completely and totally transparent with me however, being transparent means the process is visible for me to see. I don’t have to ask questions because I can see everything that’s going on. The company has fought back against this review. This is the fourth time that I’m writing the review they tried to offer me $100 in a response to redo the review now the response they listed below says that they were just giving me $100 to make it right but what they didn’t include in there and what’s cut off from the message was the link to redo this review and up their star rating. I am not going to give them a good review. They did not give me the information I required unless I asked them there’s no file language in this review. There is nothing that breaks trusted pilot review, but I’m sure that they’ll try to make this hidden again. I will not stop until this review is left up there for other people to see and for you to learn, you, cannot treat your customers like this. I don’t care if they spend one dollar or $1000. You need to let them know everything that they’re going to have to put up with when they’re buying from you and not telling me about a four week delay with the time I purchased my product is unsatisfactory. I would also like to point out with even your four week delay included in there the product was almost 3 weeks late thank you. I look forward to redoing this review again.

She is extremely well made the material very soft and flexible even the joints allow for easy manipulation

You are going to have to take back the doll and refund. The doll upon arrival was dirty with multiple nicks out of the silicone. The greasy dirt is unremovable. The box appeared broken and packing tape used to try and put the package back together.. I really just want to return this doll and have a refund.

Very well made. Only issues I had was one of the bolts on the bottom of the feet was was chipped on the head which left a very sharp spot which was very close to cutting me wide open. And customer service could have been a little better. Other than that im pleased.
