Love it! It’s best size to take it on vacations.

The miniature fan is superb. Whilst the console was easy to use, the remote that came with it didn’t work. I wrote to customer services explaining the situation and Nina assisted me. Within a couple of days, I got a replacement new fan with remote that works. Cannot fault their service which is second to none. I will be buying more from this very trustworthy company. And Nina was an excellent ambassador for the organisation.

I’ve been a customer of yours since your product was a kickstart. I’ve had six fans throughout those years and I have referred many a menopausal friend to your product. I have been nothing but satisfied. When my brand new fan tipped over and a blade shared off out of the clear blue… I decided I would try and reach your customer service department to see if you would replace it. I had had it less than a month, and I had never had a problem with any of my other fans. I knew this was a one off. After asking a couple questions, your customer service department got back to me. I would not have to buy a new fan to replace it, as your company was replacing it for me. I truly cannot sing any higher praises for the Venty company. You guys are ultimate rock stars in every single department and keep me coming back for more! My Venty fans travel the world with me and I can’t thank you enough for placing such a solid product out into the world!

I purchased my Venty fan in 2024. I broke one of the blades by accident. Called the company to see if I could get a replacement blade. My warranty expired due to the time frame. They gave me a 50% off to purchase a new fan. Best customer service I have received in YEARS! Timely & prompt.

I had to reach out to Venty support because of an issue I caused. I bent over my fan and my hair got pulled into the fan blade. I tried to pull the hair out without breaking in, but it happened anyway. Venty support was so great in given me suggestions on how to remove the hair, but the fan was just not working properly. Venty sent me a new fan to replace mine without any question!! I am so very grateful. I LOVE my Venty fan!
