Easy going great place to work out. Even when there are a lot of bodies in the gym, it's easy to get to weights and equipment. I wish this (Latham) branch offered all of the available amenities that some other branches have and also would like to see another water fountain or bottle fill station somewhere on the floor

I like the overall business model of Vent Fitness but I feel as if the Clifton Park Location lacks space and energy unlike the Guilderland Location. I like my gym to feel like a GYM and not like a small makeshift area to workout.

Very good E3 experience. Im an introvert and i dont like gyms, but so far so good. I think its big enough for everyone.

I was a member for years paying one price and for personal reasons had to stop going for many months and when I returned I was told have the sane level 2 membership I would pay more to have the pool and sauna and soa included and I could pay a different level two with much less for what I was paying for before which is still much more than friends of mine pay fir that same level of membership . Level two is level two and a member who was unable to come for a few months should be able to return and have the same as what you have always had ... which I actually never use but would like to if I want to .

Poor class selections for the AM. Lack of AM classes between 6-7am. Need more classes at night similar to pump. More zumba!

The mobility class is a piece of crap; all the instructor did was talk about personal business instead of instructing.

Extremely friendly staff! Very welcoming and clean environment for anyone of any fitness level. The perfect gym!
