I purchased a personal scooter about 2 years ago and it's been a godsend. I purchased a front cloth basket for the front a week ago to use at Disney World. Disney slammed my scooter into a wall, bent the basket, made the connecting device loose and out of place, the basket was bent in two places cocked to the right and down. We went to Red Barn in Bradenton where I purchased the scooter. Rich remembered me and remembered when we bought the scooter. He checked everything out, straightened out the basket, made the mechanism work to lock again and hold the basket leveled. Everything tightened up, the front end as that also was made loose by the slamming of scooter by Disney into a wall . Rich did a complete inspection of the scooter making sure everything was functioning correctly and was safe to use. At no charge. They're really a good company, the scooter is great I've used it many times up at Disney and other places also. Good company

Do not buy a venom pro 1600 watt. Its a nice dirtbike but made very cheap. We have owned one for a year and a half and we have had nothing but issues with the bike. Im warning you to stay away from these electric dirtbikes cause the parts are very poor quality.
