For an overall use Vendoo is okay. Trying to find the chat button is almost impossible now. It was not like that in the beginning. Also, if for some reason your card is declined and you need to retry it, IMPOSSIBLE. Starting to rethink due to difficulty in contacting a real person. I have been a customer with Vendoo for a few years now.

★★★★★ **Vendoo Has Been My Go-To Cross-Listing App for Over 5 Years** I've been using Vendoo for over five years, and after trying several other cross-listing apps, including Flyp, Nifty, and List Perfectly, Vendoo is the one I continue to use and recommend. I currently cross-list my items to Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, and Facebook Marketplace, and Vendoo saves me a tremendous amount of time. One of my favorite features is **auto delist**, which helps prevent selling the same item on two different platforms. I also love the **delist/relist feature**, which makes it so easy to refresh older listings and get them back in front of buyers. The **automatic offers to buyers** is another great feature and takes one more task off my plate. I also pay for the **sharing add-on**, and for me, it's absolutely worth it. One extra sale can easily pay for the feature. Another big reason I've stayed with Vendoo is their **customer support**. They've always been responsive and helpful. I normally receive an answer within 24 hours, and when I've had something more critical, they've responded even sooner. What I especially appreciate is that Vendoo doesn't seem to stand still. They're constantly making improvements, adding useful features, and expanding the marketplaces they support. After more than five years of using Vendoo and trying some of the alternatives, I would definitely recommend it to other online resellers. For me, the combination of **ease of use, time-saving features, excellent customer support, and continued improvements** makes Vendoo well worth it.

Vendoo app has been wonderful, easy to use with lots to offer and learn. Had a bit of a scare when the app would not load past the logo screen. Had to uninstall, reinstall and log back in and it worked. So glad nothing was lost. A year of data I was worried was lost.

I really thought I had a good partnership with Vendoo. I was a regular user and scaled back to free during some medical recovery I was going through. I decided before the holidays to upgrade my plan and no one or no where does it mention that the imports you already have, which I had 1172 of them, would get wiped out when you move to plan and you have to pay EXTRA to get those re-imported again. They absolutely would NOT budge on refunding me. If it had been clearly written and visible or mentioned that I would lose my EXISTING imports, I would not have switched to a plan. Instead you upgrade and then are held hostage to pay EXTRA for add-ons to get your imports. I mean honestly, HOW CAN YOU CROSS LIST ITEMS IF YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR IMPORTS? Them requiring you to pay extra to get them is insane, especially if they were already there before you upgraded. To me that is not a cross-listing program then. When I brought this up they absolutely refused to own this or refund me. Poor customer service.

I've been using Vendoo for 2.5 years and cannot recommend it enough!!

It is garbage. So often it is not able to correctly pull items from eBay. Much more difficult than just listing on sites directly. Sloppy non-intuitive interface as well. Total waste of time.
