For an overall use Vendoo is okay. Trying to find the chat button is almost impossible now. It was not like that in the beginning. Also, if for some reason your card is declined and you need to retry it, IMPOSSIBLE. Starting to rethink due to difficulty in contacting a real person. I have been a customer with Vendoo for a few years now.

I really thought I had a good partnership with Vendoo. I was a regular user and scaled back to free during some medical recovery I was going through. I decided before the holidays to upgrade my plan and no one or no where does it mention that the imports you already have, which I had 1172 of them, would get wiped out when you move to plan and you have to pay EXTRA to get those re-imported again. They absolutely would NOT budge on refunding me. If it had been clearly written and visible or mentioned that I would lose my EXISTING imports, I would not have switched to a plan. Instead you upgrade and then are held hostage to pay EXTRA for add-ons to get your imports. I mean honestly, HOW CAN YOU CROSS LIST ITEMS IF YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR IMPORTS? Them requiring you to pay extra to get them is insane, especially if they were already there before you upgraded. To me that is not a cross-listing program then. When I brought this up they absolutely refused to own this or refund me. Poor customer service.

Unfortunately changing is a pain After using Vendoo since the beta, I am about to move to another platform. I had hoped Vendoo would get better over time, but instead it has gotten much worse. It will take hours of getting the new site set up, but hopefully will save me a lot of headache in the future. My issues: about 50% of the time Mercari doesn't connect, and the sale detection doesn't work. I moved to Vendoo for Poshmark sharing and that is working less than 50% of the time. I also just spent several hours deleting all the duplicates they created in Poshmark and Mercari. It is disappointing they can't seem to figure it out, I loved the idea and the developers when it was starting. However, it is costing me a lot, and they feel no need to refund for features which are not working at all (Poshmark sharing) for weeks at a time. Customer service is completely useless. I really wanted to love them, but I am out of patience after being a paying customer for sub-par service. The base features (connectivity) should be working after years of development.
