Bought a plan and did not work at all. I asked for refund, and they ignored me... I asked several nore times and they would not address a refund... Surprised and unhappy. Had to file a bank dispute

It is garbage. So often it is not able to correctly pull items from eBay. Much more difficult than just listing on sites directly. Sloppy non-intuitive interface as well. Total waste of time.

I had a terrible experience with them; I tried the "Growth" package and spent three hours attempting to import my items from my sales platforms, but it was a headache because the data didn't match up. Plus, with their AI, you practically have to do everything yourself, and now they refuse to issue a refund.

HORRIBLE software. Ive no been banned from Poshmark becuase Vendoo didn't update the quantity of an item, leading to me selling something I was out of stock from. DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE.

What a frustrating experience. I cancelled my subscription because I just wasn't using the platform enough, and it honestly wasn't doing much for me as a seller. I tried to cancel twice, but instead of actually cancelling, they just sent me an email saying my account was 'paused.' Now I’ve been billed 3 times when I was just trying to leave. Money-hogging company and total scammers. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Buyer beware: misleading pricing and terrible customer service. They make it look like everything is included for a competitive price, but then tack on extra fees for necessary features immediately after you sign up. I canceled within an hour of joining because of this false advertising. When I asked for a refund, support hid behind policy loops and completely refused to help. They don't even have a phone number to resolve issues. Avoid this company.

Vendoo is trash . Super buggy . Doesn't always delist your items , you will have double sales and have to cancel orders . It doesn’t connect to Mercari smoothly . To much money for something that doesn’t do what it’s suppose to smh .
