Velvet CaviarReviews of velvetcaviar.com

Reliable product with sass! Love the fun selection of cases and accessories. Customer service is great, and quick shipping. I've been using this companies products to keep my phone safe for years, would recommend! 🍒

I purchased a holographic case and it was stunning! Exactly how it looked on the website. That's smart of them to show it in a video so you can get a true sense of how it shimmers. Unfortunately I had to return the case because i returned the phone. The return was really easy. But I'll be getting another Velvet Caviar case when I finally decide on a new phone.

Very terrible company to shop for very Customer service horrible Customer service lies to their customers.People I've spoke with in the company: Sarah & Jessa who apparently don’t know how to respond or do there job right they are quick to take the money VERY unresponsive it’s an AI with a generated message yet they are very active on their instagram and Facebook I placed an order Wednesday and it’s been 3 business days not a singular response back they stole my money and refuse to ship item how are people who ordered at the same time as me getting their orders already and I haven’t gotten anything and then AI hits me with “the item is out of stock in which it’s not their AI customer service kept giving me the same ‘still processing’ response They promote 1-2 days for processing and shipping. My order has not shipped after a week without a response to my emails have made numerous attempts to contact them and have received no response. THEY NEVER CORRECT ISSUES !!! THE OWNER IS A BIG SCAMMER They then say to contact them at the email and still not a response

The case i purchased appeared to be navy blue in color on the website, but t was described as black. The case is actually gray. I still love it. The privacy screen protector fts perfect but does not allow fingerprint detection and does not register touch on 87% of the phone screen after testing. When I told customer service, they asked me to send a recording of me putting the screen protector on and show the problem. When I told them I don't have another phone around to do that, they stopped communicating. I would say for the price, its not worth it. Buy Burga

I purchased a MagSafe battery pack from Velvet Caviar that exploded while I was nursing my infant. The fire burned through our only bed, caused physical injuries to me and my partner, singed our dog, and exposed our five children to toxic fumes. Personal injuries, destroyed property, and emotional trauma for our entire family. Despite providing photo evidence, medical documentation, and a detailed breakdown of losses, the company offered only a refund and a $100 store credit. Their response ignored the gravity of what happened and the fact that this could have easily resulted in fatalities. Velvet Caviar’s failure to take responsibility or act urgently is deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this company or their products to anyone. Your family’s safety is worth more than trendy accessories.

Every case I buy from here yellows within 3 days

I love my case! Looked everywhere then decided to purchase the beetlejuice case and it’s such great quality and so cute!

Love my case! So much to choose from! Quick shipper. I’m a repeat customer!
