Save your money and your time. This company is ridiculous. I ordered a case, paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. It took 19 days to get and they sent the wrong case. Now, I have to spend more time to return this and find a case elsewhere.

Would recommend this company to anyone!! Excellent customer service. Fast shipping to the uk (10 days in total) I’ve placed a few separate orders now, wouldn’t trust anyone else to protect my phone ✨ all their cases are stunning!! And excellent quality!

This was my second purchase with this company. Very reliable as products ship fast & accurate. I ordered the Wicked clear case for my iPhone 14 Plus & am super pleased. An unexpected surprise was that the case is glittery & I love all things glittery, lol. Super cute case that compliments my lavender phone. Great price as well.

Glad you’re happy with the case, Peggy! The glittery touch makes it even better! 💖

Velvet caviar is an awful store I would not recommend them to anyone!!! There stuff is cheaply made i got a phone change accessory with few days it started ripping! Customer service us awful they would not refund my money even after I explained to them I didn't know that there mag rings only work for some phones. Overall awful awful experience with them!!! I would give them zero stars.

Was great until strap broke about 2 weeks after getting. But my Betty Boop phone cover is still great.
Response from Velvet CaviarMar 13, 2026
Sorry to hear about the strap, that’s definitely not the experience we want, Lurena. Glad your Betty Boop case is still holding up though, and we appreciate you sharing this with us 💖
