I bought this computer for video editing. At first I loved the computer. It was very fast and seemed very stable... until it started randomly crashing. I contacted support and they have been very helpful in their attempt to try and narrow down the problem. But almost 2 months later, the intermediate crashing continues. The most recent crash led to me losing hours of video editing and I am now nervous with the idea of starting a new editing project on this PC. At this point I would not recommend this computer. Update: After 10 weeks of corresponding with Velocity support, they finally agreed to recall the computer for repairs. Computer was returned at companies expense and repaired. I would now highly recommend Velocity Micro and would purchase again in the future. If you have issues with their product, remain vigilant with support and they will take care of you.

I honestly wish I could buy my car, home, or anything else from Michael Modica. He truly embraced the role of caring and looking out for the customer's best interests. After configuring a workstation that I assumed would be best for my projects, Michael kindly listened to our goals and then made recommended adjustments to our order, even though the changes reduced our purchase price by $2,000. His service and honesty are a rare experience! What a PRO!! Thank you, Michael!! Josh Covington was great too! Amazing team!!

We are super impressed with the workstation built for us. There is no way we could have gotten this performance for the price from a major brand and it would have taken a huge investment in our own time to build something like this ourselves. Going with Velocity Micro was definitely the right choice.

Order W878555 Awesome Experience They make buying a new computer exciting like it used to be. The staff was very responsive and helpful. The product that was received was amazing. I received a mid-low range Z25 AMD. I bought it for our main office computer. It is best operating Desktop that I have ever owned. The speed and functionality makes it a joy to operate. A restart of the computer takes about 40 seconds to a complete boot up. This is one of Velocity Micro's standard desktop computers. I cannot imagine the hotness of their upper line computers. It must be amazing. I would recommend to any that it is definitely worth the price to get a quality computer from Velocity Micro.

This is my 6th computer from Velocity Micro. This time I worked with Micheal to order my laptop. I needed a new one to use for the aviation classes that I teach. I have a more powerful laptop for home and general use, but keep a separate one for school. I’ve been using my first VM laptop which finally is ready for retirement. Michael was easy to work with and helped me pick an appropriate machine for this particular purpose. I bought my first VM machine in 06 and have had the best service and reliability with them. All of the sales people and support people have been amazing and always do great at helping me with selecting the right products and dealing with an issue, should one arise.

If you are thinking about buying a computer from Velocity, do it. I've had two Raptor Z55 desktops dating back 15+ years. Fast, smooth gaming, and reliable. My current Raptor Z55 is 6 1/2 years old and needed a power supply. Got it back, it now runs like almost new, and just about looks new. Great service department. Thanks again, Max, for doing such a great job.

I went to Velocity Micro ready to possibly buy a laptop that offers better performance than my desktop. I chatted with Mike and gave him the product number for the desktop that I purchased from them about 5 years ago (it still runs great). Mike helped me identify possible bottlenecks on my PC. He offered me a couple of ways to help its performance. He gave me a specific upgrade recommendation. Mike gave me amazing service, he provided me with the best suggestions for my situation regardless of if it involved making a purchase at Velocity Micro. I could not ask for better customer service.

As the original boutique PC builder, since the early 1990's, this is the company and product that so many companies are trying to emulate today. Just buy the OG product, skip the knock-offs. Very long time customer.
