They also told me that with a laptop as powerful as mine, the battery would probably only last about 2 years anyway… so going your way would cost me at least another $473 in a couple of years! No thanks. I’m retired, so I don’t really have a need to use that laptop in conference rooms anymore. I decided to buy a battery from New Egg and wait until I have a need to use the laptop remotely… and then have Geek Squad install it for free. I’ll be sure to include this info in the review I’ll write for Geek Squad… maybe you guys too!

On 2/11/22 I sent an email to JC and VM support about an incorrect RMA'd part that I received. I left a review on Resellerratings about the issue. The review was up for over 6 months without any reply from VM. Yesterday I check on my review to see if anyone ever bothered replying to it, only to find out VM had my review removed. So, I'm posting here here about it. It's been over a year and VM still refuses to give me the correct RMA part that I paid extra for when I had my system built. I'm done with this company. In the past, this company was excellent to deal with, but has since gone downhill. EDIT: Who whomever replied from VM, Of course you won't see an open RMA, as the issue was a year ago. Please re-read my post. I have emailed VM and JC and never got a reply. So, why should I keep contacting support and JC if they won't ever reply to me?
