As an aspiring full-time van lifer, having reliable climate control is essential. Velit has completely changed the game with their affordable and high-quality AC and heating systems. Their diesel heater is a lifesaver in cold weather. It's compact, efficient, and heats up my van quickly. I love being able to control it with my phone using their app, which is super user-friendly. And the built-in CO2 sensor gives me peace of mind knowing I'm staying safe. The AC unit is equally impressive. It's powerful enough to keep my van cool even on scorching summer days, and it's surprisingly quiet. Plus, it's incredibly energy efficient, which is crucial for off-grid living. What really sets Velit apart is the value. Their products are significantly more affordable than other brands, but the quality is top-notch. They clearly care about making van life more comfortable and accessible for everyone. If you're looking to upgrade your van's climate control, look no further than Velit. Their products are game changers!

I ordered a 12 V AC unit not realizing that my van battery wouldn’t provide the 60 amps needed to run it. Velit worked with me to arrange a refund in a way that avoided both shipping and restocking charges. So, even though it was my mistake, Velit handled my return so that I ended up with a complete refund, including shipping, that was handled both professionally and generously. This company went far above and beyond my expectations.
