Doctors and treatment are more than within a 5 star rating! However, the customer service support is horrible! I have been called 7 times in one day to reschedule after I had rescheduled earlier that day.... I had been called 5 times after my appointment to schedule for the next appointment. Following day, called 5 times and no one from Vein Clinics of America leaves a message. So, honestly I did not know who was harassing me... I WORK!!!!! I can not pick up the phone during working hours, nevertheless 5-7 times a day! This needs to be corrected at the management level! I decided to look at another vein specialist until I met the doctors at Vein Clinics of America... They are great and now I will stay! Customer service reps from VC of America need guidance from established management!~

I love them. The staff, doctors and nurses are wonderful. I love going to the Timonium office. I am still in treatment and am having wonderful results. I tell my family and friends about them. They work wonderfully with your insurance company. People should really understand this is a medical issue and I am glad to get the care I needed.

Loved the entire team. They were extremely hospitable and receptive to what I had to say. The only bummer was my doctor quit 75 percent of the way through my surgeries. Overall my legs feel great and I’m excited to begin a new chapter in my life without worrying about how my legs look. What a great experience!

Very professional and timely! I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an appointment and everything is clean and sterile! They patiently explain everything at the consultation and answer all your questions.
