It was Great. The Dr explained everything he was doing. He was very nice and and his helpers were just as nice and patient with me as they did procedure. Had excellent customer service.

I have been having my varicose veins treated in the Midtown Atlanta office for several months. Dr. James is a kind and skilled practitioner and always kept me informed before and during procedures of what to expect and what the options are. He takes extra time to ensure that I do not have any discomfort during the procedures. And the recovery afterwards was without any complications which I believe is a testament to his skill and discharge instructions. The nurses and ultrasound techs are likewise highly skilled and compassionate, especially Brooke and Cody who I have had the most experience with. I wouldn’t hesitate to have more procedures with Dr James et al., nor would I hesitate to send my family to him for treatment.

With regard to my overall results and care provided thus far, I would give VCA 7/10. Some of the staff were knowledgeable and delivered exceptional care. However, I was rescheduled twice, thus delay plan and then having to reschedule other appointments, as some therapies require follow up ultrasounds. So you can image the problem this caused for me and my work schedule. Another concern for me was, while there was a minor consult with probably staff in the billing department, I would have appreciated a more realistic out of pocket cost. By the time I am done with VCA, I will owe nearly $3,000, maybe a little more. Regarding my results, I am still waiting completion of the therapy, and I am electing to take a brief break, as it is now Simmer, and I don’t want bruises on my legs. The therapy should have been completed, but because of the rescheduling it is not. I should note I did also need to reschedule an appointment.

I am very pleased with the people that I have seen. They are professional and caring. When ever I have an appointment, there has never been a time they didn’t take me at the appointed time.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Made me feel at ease and explained all the procedures. Would definitely recommend for anyone with vein issues. My legs feel much better and look great.
