I visited the Vein Clinic in the Fall of 2019 to have some work done on my legs for mild varicose veins and spider veins, with a six-month follow-up in June 2020. I canceled the three-month follow-up in March 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I found the staff to be very nice and efficient during each visit. They told me the healing would take time and is different for each person, but now one month into 2021, I have to say that I am very disappointed with the results. I figured because I'm older, there's only so much they can do. My left leg is somewhat improved, but the right leg actually looks worse now than when I began the treatment. While I haven't worn shorts in many years, I rarely even wear capris now.

Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely suggest it to family and friends.

The doctor was great and so were the nurses. I just think the cost was a little much.

Beberly and Pam in the office are so sweet and personable. They remember life events and ask about my kids each time I come to an appointment. They are very understanding and I felt safe while in office with their Covid guideline.When scheduling they look for the best outcome on my part and are calling me if they have a cancelation the gets me in sooner.They follow up on me to see how I'm doing the next couple of days after a visit.Jessie the sonogram technician is so sweet she knows her job well. A+++

My experience throughout this process was top notch. From the moment I initially called the clinic simply looking for information up thru my last injection/procedure. The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. While I underwent my treatments during the COVID Pandemic there was no worry on my end in going in. Their safety procedures were evident from the time of my arrival until I left. I definitely recommend seeking them out. Overall great experience and BTW......my legs are looking great!!!

I have been more than pleased with my results. The office staff is helpful and always pleasant. I am so glad I took the first step and had my consultation. For years I had wanted to do something about the ugly veins on my legs but thought I was just being vain (no pun intended). I DID have deep vein thrombosis. I have been receiving treatments and have seen results. I have had such a hard time with my legs swelling and feeling heavy and uncomfortable. I no longer experience the excessive swelling and my ugly veins are disappearing. I opted to do the sclerotherapy injections with the nurse (who is absolutely wonderful). My legs have never looked healthy, but that has changed since having treatments. I'm very pleased with my experience with Vein Clinics of America in Lawrenceville, Ga.
