Most online pay sites reference the invoice number or service date for billing. Vein Clinics simply asks for your account number and then you put in the payment amount. Message online indicates you'll receive a receipt via mail in ten days. Never have received a receipt in the mail, though the next invoice doesn't have the service paid listed as outstanding any more. In general, Vein Clinics has some work to do to be in line with quality of other medical service providers regarding billing. Their actual medical services are outstanding, as are their staff.

They staff are professional, friendly, and caring. They explain all the procedures and billing clearly so there is no surprises. I love them all, they made me feel at ease. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much!
