Vein clinics was very pleasant to go to and you met the doctor personally most visits. The technicians were all knowledgeable. There was little or no pain and I was able to drive and walk myself into and out of the building every time. My legs used to ache, and now they don't at all.

VCA is a great place for vein treatments. They are kind, courteous and take great care of their patients. They work with you to schedule all necessary treatments, and work with your insurance company in advance.

The people in your main office in Chicago are the rudest meanest people anyone can talk to. You tell them what you need and they do not want to help. I will not talk to them again if I can help it. If my legs did not hurt worse now than they did when I started this adventure I would never go back. My legs look like one big red bruise, this was a mistake and I hope it can be fixed. Dr Anderson is great. There is a Office Liaison named Kim in the office with him you can not hear her on the phone and you can tell her 20 times and she does not care. As for recommending Vein Clinic to anyone I will not do it....At least not at this time.

I was pleased with every aspect of my treatment. The receptionists were friendly and worked with my insurance company so my cost was minimal. The medical staff put me at ease and I experienced only mild discomfort as my veins were treated. I highly recommend this clinic and staff to anyone with varicose veins.

I was very pleased with this office, was able to get an appointment very quickly, the staff is very friendly. Dr. Aleman was very nice, informative, and very easy to talk with about any procedures, reviewing tests and anything needed for treatment.

The staff at the Las Colinas office is great, they are friendly and make you feel very very comfortable. I would recomend that office to anyone.
