Vegawin.comReviews of vegawin.com

Vegawin is so lame now. I think I'm approaching 3x playthrough on hacksaw games and my balance is still not redeemable. I doubt I'll be back. I get plenty of great deals elsewhere and the other sites only require 1x playthough. Update: 645SC played on 180SC, still not redeemable. DO NOT PLAY AT VEGAWIN! It's rigged to the max. Not in the sense that the games are rigged, but they rigged the playthrough so you can't win. They have flagged this review in an attempt to get it taken down. Nothing I've said is false, I have the email showing that they increased their playthrough to 15x! That's an insane amount of playthrough, you cannot win in any meaningful manner.

Fun games all the normal ones plus more. Redemption took less than an hour! Amazing!

One of the worst sites ever I’ve waited now day 4 to get “approved “ of 200$😂 what a joke.. save y’all’s money.

Great customer service! Great promos! My 2nd time playing and won! Great choice of games!

I'm going to change it and say they do payout but if you are expecting it immediately then you may not be happy if you want slots that hit tho they do got them and will pay may take a lil longer but they will pay I like that the slots hit out of nowhere for good amounts and they don't just have the same ol games as everyone else but when it comes to instant redemption sorry it's not instant so you shouldn't call it that FUNZPOINTS instant you click the button it's in your account but I don't like the games there Chumba pays in 2-3 hrs now but the prices to play on that site are outrageous and if you win seems like they don't send you coupons or promos so I'm trying Vega Wins but I really don't like thinking I'm getting instant cash out then when I select the option it poppin up saying 1-3 days like what is there really to check that takes that long if a person wins the should be able cashout or at least don't call it instant ALL THAT JUST TO GET IGNORED AMD DISAPPOINTED BY THE WHOLE STAFF the ai Bot is obviously running on a 8mb memory card and they don't like talking bout paying on their chat on the site rather string u you along the gameplay is wonderful shame they aren't able to be legit casino she be made of money not have to wait to pay back customers sucks cause I just need my money but nobody responds

Had a hard time redeeming did get lied too by a support agent but MR Vincent saved the day and handled it and got me paid took 6 days due to their system and payment processing error but me Vincent and Adrian the marketing team manager made sure they took care of the players and made sure we got paid huge thank you to both of them the site is goated other then this hiccup ife advise playing here before alor of other sites because their RTP is amazing sometimes might have a small delay paying but overall they will make it right and take good care of you as a player this is one of few sites that not only give players good promos but will do everything in their power to make it right and make sure you’re taking care of

***update I did receive a response from the help desk. They sorted out my issue and I received my redemption immediately. I appreciate their help and customer service. I will give them another shot. I hate to rate this 1 star because the games they offer are great. However, I have been waiting an entire week on a redemption. Contacted them and they said 2 more days maximum. It has been 2.5 days. Contacted them about it again this morning, it has been over 6 hours with no response. I have never had this issue with other social casinos.

People can say what they want but, I think I found my new "goto" for slots. Great selection of games and seems like they wanted me to win. Not every game hit big but it was fun. Not just dead spin after dead spin. I hope it stays this way. Played through 200sc cashed out 100sc. Will update if redemption goes smooth. Update: redemption went smooth and very fast, like holy cow was it fast. Thanks vegawins
