This is the winningest online casino I've played. RTP is through the roof. 98.95% real number.

No doubt the number one place to play ,the only improvement this place could use is a faster payout ( like a few hours ) but even saying that their redemption is faster than most of the rest .

*** UPDATE*** received my redemption in less than 12 hours!!!!!!!!!!! If you are looking for a new site to play- look no further!!! I am very impressed by the variety of games, the customer support (Kyle is amazing) and the speed of redemptions! Great job guys!! Brand new customer. Bought a very cheap pack and didn’t realize the play through was that high. No worries, I spent around $30 and played all the way through and sent in a redemption for around $800. I wouldn’t have been as bothered by it if there was an easy way to see your play through. I ended up reaching out to support asking how much I had left to meet the requirements and a nice guy named Kyle helped me out but that isn’t the best way to check play through. This is my first redemption. I passed the initial KYC and now I am waiting for my redemption to be approved. I will update the star rating depending on how long it takes for me to receive the redemption. I’ll start at 2 and if I get it within a timely manner- I’ll update accordingly.

Hearing that your first redemption was completed in less than 12 hours and that you’re enjoying the game variety and support means a lot to our team. Thank you again for giving Vegawin a chance, and we wish you continued great gameplay and many more wins ahead 🎰

I came across Vegawin and I am so glad I did! Kevin, the employee I spoke with regarding an issue I had, not only fixed the issue, but left me feeling surprised to find out customer service cares! The platform is so entertaining and when it was time to redeem, I had no wait at all. Can I give them 10 thumbs up?

We’ll gladly take those 10 thumbs up 👍👍 Wishing you continued great gameplay and many more wins on Vegawin!

Very upset I can not reach customer service, I purchased sweep coins and they still have not been credited to my account 😡😠🤬
Response from Vegawin.comMay 20, 2026
Hello, We understand your frustration, however we would like to clarify a few things. We have checked your case and can confirm that our support team responded to your request within approximately 2 hours, so the statement that customer service could not be reached is not accurate. We can also confirm that your purchase was successfully credited to your account. The confusion appears to be that the package purchased was different from the one you intended to buy, meaning you received the correct SC amount associated with the selected package. We appreciate your feedback and are glad the matter was clarified by support!

God awful casino. Don’t buy here it’s a trap. I purchased an offer and for the life of me I could NOT reach a play through requirement, wagering thousands and lost all of my winnings. Do NOT buy here.

Hello, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We would like to clarify that all package requirements and promotional terms are clearly stated before participation. Standard purchases on Vegawin come with a **1x playthrough unless otherwise specifically stated in a promotional offer**. All games are provided by licensed third party providers and operate on certified random systems, meaning outcomes are based entirely on chance. Unfortunately, not every session will result in a win or successful completion of gameplay requirements. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best moving forward!

The website was really good at first. Good bonuses, fast withdrawals, 1x playthrough on all deposits, and the only issues were that some slots ran VERY slowly (which is still an issue), and that they don't have a working live chat for same day solutions. UPDATE: - Slow redemptions as of May 2026 (20 days was my slowest) - Large playthrough requirements on their bonus SC on certain packages (previously this playthrough requirement was hidden, but now they are sending emails and making it more clear when extra playthrough is required. Would still love to see this built into the website!) Overall, if you can are good to wait for redemptions, I don't think this is a bad site to use. Especially, if your priority is playtime with good "Extra SC" offers.

Hello, We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, however we would like to clarify a few important points. All standard packages on Vegawin come with a 1x playthrough requirement unless otherwise clearly stated in a specific promotional offer or promotion email. We do not apply random 20x wagering requirements to regular purchases. Any special promotional bonus with different terms is always clearly disclosed beforehand. We have also reviewed your statement regarding support and can confirm that the claim of waiting 3 days for a response is not accurate based on our records. Our support team did respond and assist throughout your inquiries. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best moving forward!
