Vegawin.comReviews of vegawin.com

They offer decent promotional packages. Great game selection and nice platform overall. The daily bonus is pretty weak compared to other sites, but I do still recommend giving it a go here.

I don't know what people are hating on this site they've been nothing but great to me I got my first enormous win here customer service is great too

Update: I still feel their new playthrough requirements for players purchasing packages is way too extreme. But I wil Say that after playing for hours and hours over a 2 day period I finally hit it and was able to request my redemption finally. Will update again depending on how that goes. ugh. I have been playing here since they launched and they became one of my faves. Now they are starting to pull some shady stuff. Nervous about it. I purchased a package offer $20 for $9.99. Within about an hour I had won about $320.00. Tried to redeem which I’ve never had an issue with but it wasn’t giving me the option. So I kept playing thinking maybe there was a small play through requirement. I played for HOURS! I have now lost enough to take me down to a little over $200 and am being told I still have not met the required play through but they will not tell me what the requirement is. This is ridiculous and crooked business practice. Even just my losing over a hundred means I have played through the original $20 at least 5 times. I have a feeling we might have another money factory on our hands. This Makes me so Sad. They were one of the most fair casinos I had played on. I still am not able to redeem and am getting no help with it. Shame shame shame.

I have played with site many of times without redemption issues up to my past 2 redemptions, Recently they informed me of INSTANT redemptions with DEBIT CARD that has showed to be untrue by far, today makes a week without my redemption as I'm being told they're backlog of redemptions are behind but also they don't process redemptions over the weekend which makes no sense if you're behind on redemptions someone or something needs to be catching redemptions up especially to people like me who has already had to wait a weekend, those are the days all have the time to play but dealing with this type of issue makes it hard when they're not paying! That's a BIG part of being active on these sites and I wouldn't have any issues changing my review if or when my redemption is sent and account is updated! 9/18/26 redemption request 9/25/26 still nothing and delayed customer service responses from Sophia UPDATE: 9/28/2026 attempted to contact customer service twice today with automatic response stating expect a response within hr.My messages have been ignored on both attempts today,at this point their behaviors warrants suspicious I'd fall back on purchases and use of platform until further notice!if anything changes I will be sure to update immediately! Update:10/08/2026 still haven't received my payment from 9/18/26 which should had been a 24hr redemption process! I'm going to have to contact BBB, Gaming Enforcement, and sweepguard to file a report! UPDATE! 10/09/2026 FINALLY RECEIVED MY REDEMPTION TODAY AFTER SOME TIME WITHOUT NO COMPLIMENTARY SPINS, NOR SC BONUSES DURING THE WHOLE WAIT FOR THE INCONVENIENCE,JUST 10 MEASLY CENT EVERY OTHER DAY! SMH BUT I'M GRATEFUL TO BE ABLE TO PUT IT BEHIND ME!

Vegawin is a nice set up, but the bonuses are hard to find. On a positive note, the app operates smoothly.

My experience with this company was a win LOL having much haven't won much lately I haven't played that much. Bonuses could be a little bit more than that the platform very enjoyable Highly recommend great game selection haven't been immediately put under review for winning a breath of fresh air

I haven’t won yet but I’ve seen promise in the game and been close!

Great graphics great customer service quick payments loads of fun
